Cancellation and No Show Policy
We understand that appointments occasionally ned to be cancelled or rescheduled due to other events or conflicts. We require at least 48 hours notice prior to appointment to cancel or reschedule to avoid a cancellation fee. Each appointment is a reservation for services and for the individualised attention we provide for each pet grooming. We work on a one to one basis which means we only take a limited number of appointments each day. A missed appointment is a loss of income to a small business and to the groomer. We reserve the right to charge a fee of 50% of the booking cost (minimum £15) for appointments cancelled within less than 48 hours notice. All late fees must be paid prior to any future booking. Arriving 30 minutes late or more will be considered a 'no show', or missed appointment and may require re-scheduling. A missed appointment fee will be charged at full price and will also need to be paid prior to any future booking. For clients who are habitually late or cancel outside of our policy, we reserve the right to require prepayment for services that will be non-refundable in the case of late cancellation, modification or no show. Late collections will incur a fee of £5 for every half an hour. We are dog groomers not dog sitters. We hope you understand.
